摘要
拟通过前期小试得出的参数,设计制造一套中试装置,来研究臭氧置换催化氧化工艺对石化尾水中残留的有机物的降解和去除效果,来达到提高处理效果、降低成本费、实现工业化应用的目的,为臭氧置换催化氧化工艺在生产工艺废水深度处理的工业化应用提供数据支持及试验依据。
A set of pilot plant is designed and manufactured to study the degradation and removal effect of ozone replacement catalytic oxidation process on the residual organic matter in petrochemical tail water through the parameters obtained in the preliminary pilot plant,so as to improve the treatment effect,reduce the cost and realize the industrial application,and provide a number for the industrial application of ozone replacement catalytic oxidation process in the advanced treatment of production process wastewater According to the support and test basis.
