摘要
教学质量是世界高等教育发展的共同主体,建设具有中国特色的高等教育质量监控体系是高等教育管理体制改革的重点。学生是受教育的主体、教育服务的对象,黄河科技学院医学院落实“以生为本”,让学生督导员参与临床医学教育教学全过程监控,维护自身受教育权利,增加临床医学教育的透明度,促进临床医学教育教学改革,提高教育教学效果。本文从学生督导员的由来、组织构架、作用和效果方面论述学生督导员参与临床医学教学全过程监控,激发学生学习和教师教学,提升课堂满意度和教学质量,完善临床医学教学质量监控体系,促进临床医学教学质量监控多元化、前沿化、高效化。
Teaching quality is the common subject of the development of higher education all over the world,and the construction of a quality monitoring system with Chinese characteristics is the focus of the higher education management system reform in China.Students are the subjects of education and the objects of education services,so medical school of Huanghe Science and Technology College implements the student-oriented approach,allowing student supervisors to participate in the monitoring of the whole process of clinical medical education,which safeguards their right to education,increases the transparency of clinical medical education,promotes the medical education reform and improves the teaching effect.This article discusses the student supervisors’participation in monitoring of the whole process of clinical medical teaching from the aspects of the origin,organizational structure,role and effect of student supervisors,in order to stimulate both learning and teaching,improve satisfaction and quality of teaching,and improve the quality monitoring system of clinical medical teaching,thus establishing a diversified,cutting-edge,and efficient quality monitoring system of clinical medical teaching.
