摘要
建立了串联离子色谱一次进样同时分析酸雨中的9种离子的方法。考察了流动相浓度、色谱柱温度、流速对分离的影响。结果表明:色谱柱温度30℃,流速1.0 mL/min,以18 mmol/L甲磺酸和18 mmol/L氢氧化钾分别作为流动相,可在17分钟内同时完成Na+、NH4+、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+和F-、CL-、SO42-、NO3-的分析。方法检出限(S/N=3):0.001~0.014 mg/L,峰面积相对标准偏差(RSDs,n=5)1.56%~2.48%,方法加标回收率为92%~113%。此方法简单、快速、可靠、能满足实际雨水测定的需求。
An ion chromatographic method with suppressed conductivity detection for the determination of nine ions in the precipitation was developed.The effects of mobile phase,column temperature,flow rate on retention and separation of anions and cations were investigated.The successful separation of anions and separation of cations were achieved using the mobile of 18 mmol/L Potassium Hydroxide and the mobile of 18 mmol/L Methanesulfonic acid both at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and a column temperature of 30℃.Under the optimal conditions,the whole analysis process was within 17 min.The detection limits were from 0.001 to 0.014 mg/L,the relative standard deviations of peak areas were between1.56%to 2.48%,and the recoveries of ions were in the range of 92%~113%.The method was proved to be accurate,reliable,and rapid,and could meet the requirements for quantitative analysis of precipitation.
