摘要 螺杆钻具是一种井下动力钻具,用好“单弯螺杆+PDC钻头”钻井技术,能发挥较好的提速提效作用。为了深化认识“单弯螺杆+PDC钻头”钻井技术,通过塔里木油田轮古100-2井钻井应用试验,初步掌握单弯螺杆对比直螺杆在钻井提速、井身质量控制的优势和需要克服的不足。对塔里木油田的钻探提速,缩短建井周期,加快油田产能建设具有较好的指导意义。 Screw drilling tool is a kind of downhole dynamic drilling tool,which can play a better role in speeding up and improving efficiency by using the drilling technology of single curved screw+PDC bit.Through its drilling application test in Lungu 100-2 Well in Tarim Oilfield,its advantages and disadvantages compared with the straight screw in drilling acceleration and wellbore quality control are preliminarily determined.It is of great significance to speed up the drilling,shorten the well construction period and accelerate the production capacity construction in Tarim Oilfield.
