摘要
渝黔铁路夜郎河大桥主桥为1×370m上承式钢管拱刚性骨架混凝土提篮拱桥。其钢管拱采用双曲线线形,需一次加工成型,加工工艺复杂,线形控制难度高。在考虑既有场地、加工工艺和吊装难点等诸多因素情况下,落实具体施工方案,解决施工难题,实现了大跨度双曲线钢管拱加工制造安装的目的。
The main bridge of the Yelanghe bridge on the Chongqing to Guizhou railway is a 1 ×370 m upright steel tube arch rigid skeleton concrete basket arch bridge. The steel pipe arch adopts a hyperbolic line shape, which requires one-time processing and molding. The processing technology is complicated, and the line shape control is difficult. Taking into account many factors such as the existing site, processing technology and lifting difficulties, the specific construction plan was implemented to solve the construction difficulties, which realized the purpose of manufacturing and installing large-span hyperbolic steel pipe arches.
