大跨钢管拱原位拼装施工技术的研究与应用 被引量:8

摘要 随着我国轨道交通和其他桥梁建设项目的蓬勃发展,全国各地不断的出现跨河道、跨道路连续梁钢管拱桥,根据不同的施工环境,采用施工工艺简单、支架体系安全、总体费用相对较小、施工便捷的钢管拱施工方案,是当前钢管拱连续梁桥施工建设研究的重点。结合深茂铁路160m主跨连续梁钢管拱原位拼装施工的成功案例,重点介绍在穗莞深城际轨道交通项目中横涌海(90+180+90)m连续梁拱桥钢管拱原位拼装工艺的应用。 With the development of rail transit and other bridge construction projects in China, cross-channel and cross-road continuous beam steel arch bridges are appearing across the country. According to different construction environment, the adoption of construction plan,which the construction is simple, the stent system is safe, the overall cost is relatively smallor the construction is convenient, is the focus of the research on the construction of continuous girder bridge. Combining success stories of the 160 m main span continuous Beam-Arch Combined Bridge Steel Pipe Arch belong to Shenzhen-Maoming Railway, this paper mainly introduces the application of the cross – Hengchonghai River(90 +180+ 90) m continuous girder arch bridge steel tipe arch in the intercity rail transit project.
