摘要
目的了解某医学院大学生对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)防控知识的知晓情况及疫情防控过程中的心理、行为反应,为相关部门制定精准防控策略及开展健康宣教提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法对某医学院大学生进行调查,利用问卷星随机发放问卷。问卷包括一般人口学资料、COVID-19防控核心知识、大学生心理和行为4个部分。运用SPSS19.0进行数据分析。结果该医学院校学生对COVID-19防控核心知识中怀疑自己感染了的正确做法、杀灭新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)的条件、饮食注意事项、医学观察的天数正答率较高(分别为99.23%、97.86%、97.38%和97.21%),但对确定的SARS-CoV-2传播途径正答率较低(为45.76%);女生[(79.30±11.76)分]正答率高于男生[(69.17±15.58)分];知识得分在性别、专业和年级之间差异具有统计学意义(t性别=7.052,P性别<0.05;F专业=14.503,P专业<0.05;F年级=7.765,P年级<0.05);而学生在学历层次上差异无统计学意义(F=2.616,P=0.073);面对疫情有59.34%的大学生出现过焦虑/抑郁情绪;有4.17%的大学生有过跨市区以上范围的外出史;94.96%的大学生对本次疫情的防控工作表示有信心。结论COVID-19发生后,宣传取得了一定效果,相关部门应强化重点人群知识点的宣教,同时做好心理干预。
Objective To understand the cognition,psychology and behavior of COVID-19 among students in Medical University so as to provide the evidence for health education.Methods The students of a Medical University were selected by convenience sampling method and investigated by the questionnaire star.Data were analyzed by SPSS19.0.Results We had high answer correct rate on these questions:the correct approach when suspected infection by the virus,conditions for killing 2019-nCoV,dietary considerations,days of medical observation(99.23%、97.86%、97.38%、97.21%).But low answer correct rate on route of transmission(45.76%).Female knowledge scores(79.30±11.76)were higher than male'(69.17±15.58).The results showed that there was statistically significant among gender(t=7.052,P<0.05),majors(F=14.503,P<0.05)and grades(F=7.765,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between students at academic level(F=2.616,P=0.073);59.34%of the students experienced anxiety/depression in face of the epidemic.4.17%of the students had a history of going out across the city.94.96%of the students expressed confidence in the prevention and control of the epidemic.Conclusion After the new coronavirus pneumonia,the government-led rigorous social health education has been effective,but he government should strengthen the education of key people and the low answer correct questions,psychological intervention should be carried out at the same time.
