聚乳酸/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯/二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯共混体系的结构与性能 被引量:3

摘要 聚乳酸(PLA)的韧性差、稳定性不好使产业化生产受到局限,文中通过引入聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)来改善材料的性能,但是其相容性比较差,所以寻找了一种增容剂二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)来改善共混体系相容性。实验结果显示,聚乳酸性能得到了极大改善。通过红外测试发现共混体系生成了聚氨酯;由扫描电镜可以看出,共混体系分散性得到了改善;从扭矩图可以看出,共混体系流动性得到了改善,共混体系塑化时间比纯PLA/PBS和纯PLA相比分别缩短33s和53s;通过力学性能测试,得知其断裂伸长率得到了极大提升,共混体系断裂伸长率比纯PLA/PBS和纯PLA分别提高了1.57倍和66倍。 The poor toughness and stability of polylactic acid(PLA)limited its industrial production,so poly(butyric acid butyl glycol ester)(PBS)was introduced to improve properties of PLA in this paper.But due to the bad compatibility,a compatibilizer diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)was used to improve the compatibility of the blending system.The experimental results show that the performance of PLA is greatly improved.According to the FT-IR,it is found that polyurethane is generated from the blending system.The SEM images show that the dispersion of the mixed system is improved.It can be seen from the torque diagram,the fluidity of the blending system is improved,and the plasticizing time of the blending system is 33 s and 53sshorter than that of pure PLA/PBS and pure PLA,respectively.Through the mechanical property test,it is found that the elongation at break of the blend system is greatly improved,and the elongation at break is 1.57times and 66times higher than that of pure PLA/PBS and pure PLA,respectively.
