摘要
为了提高篮球运动员比赛中远距离出手稳定度和速度,One-Motion投篮技术正逐步取代Two-Motion投篮技术,成为篮球运动员投篮技术优化的主要方向.文章利用Ansys软件设置了One-Motion投篮时的运动学应力模型,并根据投篮目标设置最接近比赛的运动学指标,对One-Motion投篮技术进行优化仿真.在改变投篮动作的基础上,招募15名大学男子篮球运动员进行应用实验.研究结果证明,单独应用One-Motion投篮技术,对运动员的稳定度和投篮速度有明显的改善作用,对运动员的精确度改善作用并不显著.在应用One-Motion投篮技术的基础上,改变运动员的站立间距,能够同时增强运动员投篮的稳定度、投篮速度和投篮精确度.
In order to improve the stability and speed of basketball players in the game,one-motion shooting technology is gradually replacing two-motion shooting technology and becoming the main direction of basketball players’shooting technology optimization.Based on this,the effects of one-motion shooting technology on shooting stability,speed and accuracy of college basketball players were studied.In this paper,Ansys software was used to set up the kinematic stress model of one-motion shooting,and the kinematic index closest to the game was set according to the shooting target,so as to optimize the simulation of one-motion technology.On the basis of changing the shooting motion,15 university men’s basketball players were recruited to carry out the application test.The research results proved that single-motion shooting technology had obvious improvement effect on the stability and shooting speed of the players,but not significant effect on the accuracy of the players.Changing the standing distance of athletes can enhance the stability,speed and accuracy of shooting based on one-motion shooting technology.
