摘要
烧结矿烧结过程中碱度及MgO含量的变化对物相成分有很大影响,球团焙烧过程中,随着碱度和MgO含量的变化,形成的矿物种类也会不同。通过利用原位XRD分析手段,探究在不同升温段碱度及MgO含量对FeOx-SiO2-CaO-MgO-Al2O3系的矿物组成的影响,揭示烧结矿及球团矿的成矿基础,为以后企业生产、实践,提供理论依据。
The change of alkalinity and MgO content in the sintering process of sinter has a great influence on phase composition. During the roasting process of the pellets, with the changes of alkalinity and MgO content, the types of minerals formed will also be different. In-situ XRD analysis was used to investigate the effect of alkalinity and MgO content on the mineral composition of FeOx-SiO2-CaO-MgO-Al2O3 system at different heating stages, revealing the metallogenic foundation of sinter and pellets, and providing theoretical basis for future production and practice.
