摘要 教师的专业化发展对其科研能力提出了更高的要求,音乐教师需要提高自身的科研能力,促进其专业化发展。音乐教师科研能力由三部分组成:基础性能力,包括自我学习能力、搜集整理资料的能力、文字表述的能力;延展性能力,包括甄选科研课题的能力、在科研中的创新能力、一定的理论思辨能力;前瞻性能力,包括设计方案的能力、预测趋势的能力。三者相辅相成,互为表里,在音乐教师的科研能力成长中不断发挥作用。 In the professional development of teachers,higher requirements are put forward for the scientific research ability of music teachers who should improve their scientific research ability and promote their professional development.The research ability of music teachers consists of such three parts as the basic ability which includes the ability of self-study,the ability of collecting and arranging data,and the ability of writing;the extensible ability which includes the ability of selecting research topics,the ability of innovation in scientific research,and the ability of theoretical speculation;the forward-looking ability which includes the ability of designing programs and the ability of predicting trends.The three complement each other and play an important role in the development of music teachers’scientific research ability.
