摘要
当前的道德教育中仍存在人文关怀匮乏以及教育的亲和力不够等问题,需要将人文关怀理念有机融入道德教育。人文关怀理念融入道德教育是以追求人的道德完善与创建美好生活为根本旨向的一种实践思维,是道德教育回归生活世界的内在逻辑,也是道德教育凸显人文精神、和谐精神的现实观照。道德教育践行人文关怀理念的价值追求在于,引导受教育者学会共同生活,促进受教育者个性健康发展,塑造受教育者的和谐人格。在彰显人文关怀的道德教育实践中,平等关系、仁爱品质、公正准则和道德责任是道德教育者应持有的伦理取向。
Currently,there exist such problems in the moral education as the lack of humanistic care and the inadequacy of educational affinity,so it is necessary to integrate the concept of humanistic care into the moral education.The integration is a kind of practical thinking with the aim of pursuing the moral perfection of humans and creating a beautiful life.It is an internal logic of moral education returning back to the life world,and also a real reflection of moral education highlighting the humanistic spirit and the harmonious spirit.The value of moral education practising the concept of humanistic care lies in the fact that it will lead the educatees to learn to live together,promote the educatees to develop their personalities in a healthy way and shape the educatees’harmonious characters.In the practice of moral education highlighting the humanistic care,the ethical orientation moral educators should possess include the equal relationships,the quality of benevolence,the rule of fairness and the moral responsibility.
