摘要
高职教育与区域经济发展关系紧密,区域经济、政府、企业及教育自身均对高职教育协同创新提出不同的需求,但还存在高职教育与区域经济不对接、校企合作功能不明确、政府措施不到位等失衡、失当、失措的现实问题。经济联动发展视角下,建构高职教育协同创新的立体式路径是以“机制、体制”保障协同发展,以“沟通、交流”支撑多维连接,以“人才、技术”促进深度联动,以“对接、匹配”形成联动新格局,促进高职教育与区域经济的和谐发展。
Higher vocational education is closely related to the development of regional economy.Regional economy,government,enterprises and education all put forward different demands for the collaborative innovation of higher vocational education.However,there are still some problems such as the mismatch between higher vocational education and regional economy,the unclear function of school-enterprise cooperation,and the lack of government measures.In order to build the three-dimensional path for the coordinated innovation of higher vocational education in the perspective of economic linkage development,we should take“mechanism and system”as the guarantee of the coordinated development,“communication and exchange”as the support for the multi-dimensional connection,“talent and technology”as the promotion of the deep linkage,and“docking and matching” as the formation of the new linkage pattern so as to promote the harmonious development of higher vocational education and regional economy.
