摘要
以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP-K30)为模板剂,采用液相沉淀法制备一维立方相ZnTiO3材料。经热重/差示量热(TG/DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱(FT-IR)等测试手段对其形成条件、组成、结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明:在600℃焙烧3h可制备出具有一维棒状立方相的ZnTiO3材料,平均长度约8μm,平均直径约0.5μm。该材料在紫外光条件下,对罗丹明B溶液光催化表现出良好的降解效果。
Cubic ZnTiO3 rods were prepared by a PVP-assisted precipitation process.The phase composition,structure and morphology of the rods were characterized by TG/DSC,XRD,SEM and FT-IR.The results revealed that the average length and average diameter of the rods with uniform one-dimensional morphology were 8μm and 0.5μm respectively when calcination at 600℃ for 3 h.The cubic ZnTiO3 rods showed good degradation for rhodamine B under UV light irradiation.
