摘要
概述了柠檬酸法、化学沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法、水热合成法、热分解法固相反应法等六种钙钛矿型复合金属氧化物的制备方法,并根据该氧化物具有立方结构,存在氧空穴而表现出的一系列特性,介绍了其在气敏材料、燃料电池、催化材料、透氧膜等方面的应用。
The paper has summarized the preparation technologies for perovskite-type composite metal oxide,including citric acid method,chemical precipitation,sol-gel,hydrothermal synthesis,pyrolysis,solid state reaction.According to a series of characteristics of the oxide resulted from its cubic structure and oxygen vacancies,its application in the fields of gas-sensitive material,fuel cell,catalytic material,oxygen-permeable membrane are also described.
