摘要
目的分析2型糖尿病患者采用益生菌制剂治疗的临床效果。方法纳入86例2型糖尿病患者作为该次研究的主体人员,患者入院时间段在2018年3月-2019年3月范围内,将86例患者随机分为两组,即采用常规治疗法的对照组(n=43)、常规治疗法联合益生菌制剂治疗的观察组(n=43),对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组患者空腹8周(8.35±3.42)mmol/L、12周(7.98±3.13)mmol/L、16周(7.22±2.38)mmol/L血糖均优于对照组(9.34±2.43)mmol/L、(8.15±2.43)mmol/L、(6.55±2.32)mmol/L;且观察组餐后2 h,患者8周(11.43±2.44)mmol/L、12周(10.23±3.53)mmol/L、16周(9.22±3.13)mmol/L血糖均优于对照组(12.44±2.54)mmol/L、(11.39±3.42)mmol/L、(12.37±3.36)%;另外,观察组糖化血红蛋白8周(6.25±2.36)%、12周(5.65±2.61)%、16周(4.25±2.18)%均优于对照组(6.88±2.34)%、(6.24±2.45)%、(5.26±2.36)%,差异有统计学意义(t=5.124、5.241、5.321、0.225、5.330、5.412、5.042、5.135、5.210,P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后TC (2.43±2.33)mmol/L、HDL-L (1.42±0.26)mmol/L、LDL-C (0.39±0.28)mmol/L均优于对照组(4.29±2.24)、(1.26±0.27)、(2.14±0.26)mmol/L;且观察组TG水平下降不明显,差异有统计学意义(t=5.234、5.124、5.314,P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者实施益生菌制剂治疗能取得良好效果,其在患者血糖水平、血脂水平改善方面发挥重要作用,能够使患者的肠道菌群得到良好调节,有助于提高患者临床治疗效果,因此,该治疗法值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of probiotics in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Eighty-six patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled as the main subjects of the study. The patients were admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019. 86 patients were randomly divided into two groups, ie, the control using conventional therapy. The observation group(n=43) treated with conventional therapy and probiotics(n=43) was compared between the two groups. Results The blood glucose of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(9.34 ±2.43)mmol/L,(8.15±2.43)mmol/L,(6.55±2.32)mmol/L on fasting for 8 weeks(8.35±3.42)mmol/L, 12 weeks(7.98±3.13)mmol/L, and 16 weeks(7.22±2.38)mmol/L. After 2 hours of observation in the observation group, the blood glucose of the patients was better than that of the control group(12.44±2.54)mmol/L and(11.39±3.42)mmol/L at 8 weeks(11.43±2.44)mmol/L, 12 weeks(10.23 ±3.53)mmol/L, and 16 weeks(9.22 ±3.13)mmol/L.(12.37 ±3.36)mmol/L;In addition, the observation group glycosylated hemoglobin 8 weeks(6.25±2.36)%, 12 weeks(5.65±2.61)%, 16 weeks(4.25±2.18)%were better than the control group(6.88±2.34)%,(6.24±2.45)%,(5.26±2.36)%, the difference was statistically significant(t=5.124, 5.241, 5.321, 0.225, 5.330, 5.412, 5.042, 5.135, 5.210, P <0.05);the observation group patients after treatment TC(2.43±2.33)mmol/L, HDL-L(1.42±0.26)mmol/L, LDL-C(0.39±0.28)mmol/L were better than the control group(4.29±2.24),(1.26±0.27),(2.14±0.26)mmol/L;and the TG level of the observation group decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.234,5.124, 5.314, P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of probiotics in patients with type 2 diabetes can achieve good results. It plays an important role in improving blood sugar levels and blood lipid levels in patients, which can improve the intestinal flora of patients and improve the clinical treatment effect. Therefore, the treatment is worthy of popularization and application.
