摘要
黑龙江省疫情防控区域及学校德育工作调研是疫情防控期间深入了解本省德育工作开展情况及学校德育工作现状,及时总结经验,厘清问题,应对挑战,选树典型而开展的一项重要工作。通过对调研结果的梳理与分析,明晰了存在的问题,并提出解决问题的策略:加大德育工作者特别是班主任的培训力度;搭建德育工作者专业成长平台;创新德育研培形式;加大协同教育的力度和效度;全面开展班主任研修共同体的建设;加强同当地教育行政部门的联系与合作;有效衔接线上德育与线下德育活动的开展;加强德育优秀成果的推广应用。以期通过这些举措,引领基层学校高质高效开展德育工作,将立德树人的根本任务抓实做牢。
The investigation on moral education work in regions and schools in Heilongjiang province is an important work to understand the development of moral education in Heilongjiang province and the current situation of moral education in schools during the period of epidemic prevention and control,which summarizes the experience in time,clarifies the problems,faces challenges and selects typical cases.Through sorting out and analyzing the results of the investigation,this paper clarifies the existing problems and puts forward the strategies to solve the problems:to increase the training of moral education workers,especially the head teachers;to build a professional growth platform for moral education workers;to innovate the form of moral education research and training;to increase the strength and validity of collaborative education;to carry out the construction of the community of head teachers research and training in an all-round way;to strengthen the contact and cooperation with the local education administrative departments;to effectively connect online and offline moral education activities;to increase the promotion and application of excellent achievements in moral education.Through these measures,we hope to lead the grass-roots schools to carry out moral education with high quality and efficiency,and firmly grasp the fundamental task of moral education.
