施行“3221”员工思想动态监测法的实践与思考

摘要 员工思想是生产经营中最活跃的因素,做好新形势下员工思想动态的跟踪和化解,是保持队伍稳定,激发队伍活力,促进公司长治久安的必要途径。江汉石油工程公司页岩气开采技术服务公司从关注三种情绪和两类群体入手,充分发挥基层党组织和党员联系群众、服务群众的作用,凝聚各方面的力量,信息共享、抓早抓小、及时化解、理顺人心,做好一人一事的员工思想工作;充分释放队伍内生动力,保持队伍活力攀升,为推动公司打造特色一流提供坚强的思想保障。 Employees’thinking is the most active factor in the production and operation.To track and resolve the employees’thinking trend under the new situation is a necessary way to keep the team stable,stimulate the team's vitality and promote the long-term stability of the company.Shale Gas Exploitation Technology Service Branch of Jianghan Petroleum Engineering Company,paying attention to three kinds of emotions and two types of groups,gives full play to the role of grassroots Party organizations and Party members in contacting the masses and serving the masses,gathers the strength of all aspects,focuses on information sharing,pays attention to small things and solves them without delay and does a good job in staff ideological work.It fully release the internal power of the team,keep the team dynamic climb,so as to provide a strong ideological guarantee for creating a first-class company.
