摘要
本文主要围绕煤矿机械常见液压故障展开分析,通过研究不同部件出现故障的表现及原因,探究在处理故障过程中应当遵循的规则和方法,同时做好日常检查和维护工作,保障液压系统运行质量,为后续故障诊断和排除工作提供必要的依据。
This paper mainly focuses on the analysis of the common hydraulic faults of coal mining machinery,through the study of the performance and causes of the faults of different parts,to explore the rules and methods that should be followed in the process of troubleshooting,and to do a good job in daily inspection and maintenance,so as to ensure the operation quality of the hydraulic system and provide the necessary basis for the subsequent fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
