摘要
随着煤炭资源的衰竭及矿井开拓延伸巷道施工,煤炭内夹杂的矸石较多,使得煤炭品质下降,同时由于井下运输时混入的金属杂物等也易引发选煤厂机械设备故障,特别是液压故障,影响矿井高效稳定发展,对此屯兰矿多经公司矸石选煤厂通过技术研究针对常见选煤机械液压故障,制定了相应对策措施。实践证明采取对策措施后,降低了选煤机械液压故障率,取得显著成效。
Declining coal quality and hydraulic failure affected the efficient and stable development of the mine.Corresponding countermeasures have been put forward by analyzing and researching common coal preparation machinery hydraulic failure, which reduced the hydraulic failure rate of coal preparation machinery and achieved remarkable results.
