摘要
目的:探讨超声检查在布氏杆菌病中的应用价值。方法:对256例经卫生防疫部门血清学检测证实的布氏杆菌病患者进行超声检查,按腹部、泌尿系统、生殖系统(男性阴囊,女性子宫附件)、浅表淋巴结及心脏等部位进行超声检查,并对其声像图表现进行回顾性分析。结果:256例患者中超声表现阳性者196例,占76.6%,其中肝脾异常者92例(占35.9%),泌尿系统异常者28例(占11%),生殖系统异常者55例(占21.5%),浅表淋巴结肿大者18例(占7%),心脏瓣膜明显受损者3例(占1.2%);超声表现阴性者60例,占23.4%。结论:超声检查能够发现布氏杆菌病患者是否合并多脏器损害及损害程度,因此,超声检查对布氏杆菌病的临床治疗和预后评估具有指导性意义。
Objective To explore the value of ultrasound in brucellosis.Methods 256 patients with brucellosis confirmed by serological examination of the health and epidemic prevention department were examined by ultrasound.The abdomen,urinary system,reproductive system(male scrotum,female uterine appendage),superficial lymph nodes and heart were examined by ultrasound,and the ultrasonographic manifestations were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 256 patients,196(76.6%) were positive,of which92(35.9%) were abnormal in liver and spleen,28(11%) in urinary system,55(21.5%) in reproductive system,18(7%) in superficial lymphadenopathy,3(1.2%) in heart valve;60(23.4%) were negative.Conclusion Ultrasound can find out whether patients with brucellosis have multiple organ damage and the extent of damage.Therefore,ultrasound has guiding significance for clinical treatment and prognosis evaluation of brucellosis.
