摘要
介绍了一种新型乳液脱模剂NDM-02的制备及在混凝土制品成型过程中的应用效果。实验证明,该脱模剂大大改善了混凝土制品的外观质量,避免了传统脱模剂产品对混凝土对钢筋握裹力及对钢模板的锈蚀影响。这种脱模剂可稀释后喷涂,能节省储存空间和施工工时。
This paper mainly describes the preparation of a new emulsion release agent NDM-02 and its application in the molding process of concrete products.Experiments show that the demoulding agent greatly improves the appearance quality of concrete products and avoids the influence of traditional demoulding agent products on the bonding force of concrete to steel bars and the corrosion of steel formworks.In addition,the release agent can be diluted and sprayed,which greatly saves storage space and construction time.
