摘要
货车在长下坡和重载运输时频繁制动使制动器温度急剧升高,制动系统失效引发事故。根据对市场制动系统辅助装置的实际调研,兼顾经济性与实用性,设计一种以微控制器为控制单元,水冷与风冷相结合的智能辅助制动冷却系统。驾驶员控制台选择的运行工况和冷却装置及制动盘温度作为控制系统输入量,应用神经网络PID控制动态调整水流量、风速和工作时长,在保证制动效率和驾驶安全性的同时,延长制动盘的使用寿命。
The high frequency brake increases the brake temperature sharply during the long downhill course of the truck,and the brake system is liable to fail and cause accidents.According to the actual demand of the market for the auxiliary device of the braking system,an intelligent water-jet cooling system for the brake is designed,which takes the microcont-roller as the control unit,the brake disc temperature as the input of the control system,and USES the neural network(NN)PID to control and dynamically adjust the water jet flow,so that the brake temperature tends to the critical value set by the system.Extend the service life of the brake disc,improve driving safety and braking efficiency.
