摘要
全混合日粮(Total Mixed Rations, TMR)是营养均衡、比例适宜的饲料,但其有氧稳定性较差,且不利于商品化流通。发酵全混合日粮(Fermented Total Mixed Rations, FTMR)可以提高全混合日粮的有氧稳定性和消化率,可以开发利用非常规饲料,且便于交换运输。文章对国内外发酵全混合日粮的配方、添加剂青贮技术和加工与调控技术的研究内容、应用及效果等方面进行综述,为优质发酵全混合日粮的制作及开发利用非常规饲料提供理论基础与实践案例。
Total Mixed Rations is a nutritionally balanced and appropriately proportioned feed, but it has poor aerobic stability and is not conducive to commercial circulation. Fermented Total Mixed Rations can improve the aerobic stability and the digestibility of TMR, can develop and use unconventional feeds, and facilitate exchange and transportation. This article reviews the additive, composition and processing and control technology of FTMR at domestic and abroad. This article provides a theoretical basis for the production and development of high-quality FTMR and the use of unconventional feed and practice cases.
