摘要
目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗胃溃疡伴抑郁症的临床疗效。方法采用电脑随机法将130例胃溃疡伴抑郁症患者分为常规组、研究组,每组65例。常规组采用对症支持治疗,研究组则加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,对比2组的临床疗效、治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组的临床疗效高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药后,2组HAMD评分均低于用药前,且研究组HAMD评分低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对胃溃疡伴抑郁症患者在对症支持治疗基础上加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗,能进一步提高患者的临床疗效,减轻患者抑郁症状,且不会增加不良反应。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of halopethiazide and melitracen tablets in the treatment of gastric ulcer patients with depression.Methods A total of 130 patients with gastric ulcer and depression were randomly divided into routine group and study group,with 65 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with symptomatic support treatment,while the study group was treated with halopethiazide and melitracen tablets.The clinical efficacy,score of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment,and the HAMD score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Symptomatic supportive treatment combined with haloperidazone and melitracen tablets can further improve the clinical efficacy and alleviate depressive symptoms in patients with gastric ulcer and depression without increasing incidence of adverse reactions.
