摘要
目的:分析氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合兰索拉唑治疗胃溃疡伴抑郁状态的临床疗效,并探究其临床适用性。方法:选择2012年2月-2014年5月于本院接受治疗的76例胃溃疡伴抑郁状态患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同,分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用兰索拉唑进行治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上,给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛进行治疗。观察比较两组HAM-D及HAM-A评分、临床症状总评分、不良反应发生情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗前,治疗前,两组HAM-D及HAM-A评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、3、5、7周,研究组HAM-D及HAM-A评分均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组临床症状总评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组临床症状总评分均低于治疗前,且研究组临床症状总评分低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组临床总有效率显著高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合兰索拉唑治疗胃溃疡伴抑郁状态的临床疗效显著,安全可靠,适合临床长期推广应用。
Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy of Flupentixol Melitracen combined with Lansoprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcers associated with depression and to explore its clinical applicability. Method： 76 cases of gastric ulcer patients with depression in our hospital from February 2012 to May 2014 were selected as the research objects.According to the treatment plan, they were divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with Lansoprazole, on the basis of the control group, the study group was given Flupenthixol Melitracen.The HAM-D and HAM-A scores, the total score of the clinical symptoms, the incidence of adverse reactions and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared. Result： Before treatment, the differences in HAM-D and HAM-A scores of the two groups were not statistically significant （P〉0.05） .lweek 3, 5, 7 weeks after the treatment, the HAM-D and HAM-A scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Before treatment, the difference in the total score of the clinical symptoms between the two groups was not statistically significant （ P〉O.05 ） .After treatment, the total score of the clinical symptoms in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment, the total scores of the clinical symptoms in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were all statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The total clinical efficiency rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The differences in the incidence rate of the two groups were not statistically significant （ P〉0.05 ） .Conclusion： Flupentixol Melitracen combined with Lansoprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcers associated with depression has significant clinical efficacy.It is safe and reliable, which is suitable for long-term clinical application.
