摘要
离心泵是工业生产中常用的耗能设备,正确评估离心泵的能效,对泵的选型、设计和使用具有重要的意义。国内《清水离心泵能效限定值及节能评价值》(GB 17962—2007)等标准对清水离心泵的能效等级提出了考核要求,但节能标准尚未在核电厂用泵中广泛适用。随着制造技术的进步和对经济效益的关注,核电用泵的节能问题也越来越得到重视。核电用泵的节能问题也是核电厂节能评估的一个重要环节,探讨核电用泵的节能问题,具有现实意义。
Centrifugal pumps are commonly used energy-consuming equipment in industrial production.Correct evaluation of energy efficiency of pumps is of great significance to design and use of pumps.In the national standard GB19762,the energy efficiency limit value and energy-saving evaluation value of clean water centrifugal pumps,put forward the assessment requirements for the energy efficiency grade of clean water centrifugal pumps,but the energysaving standard has not been widely applied in the nuclear power plants.With the improving of manufacturing technology and the concern of economic benefits,the energy-saving problem of nuclear power pumps has been paid more and more attention.The energy-saving problem of nuclear power pumps is also an important part of energy-saving of nuclear power plants.It is of practical significance to discuss the energy efficiency assessment and monitoring problem of nuclear power pumps.
