摘要 在核电项目可行性研究中,节能评估是一项必须开展的重要工作,由于目前还没有专门针对核电项目的节能标准,在评估报告的编制和评审中均存在较多的问题和争议。针对发电铀耗、厂用电率、发电水耗等主要节能评估参数开展分析研究,探讨合理可行的计算方法和评价方法,为后续核电项目的节能评估工作提供参考。 As environmental problem is increasingly concerned in society,the importance of nuclear power in China,s future energy structure optimization has become increasingly prominent,and therefore energy consumption of nuclear power plants also need more attention.Energy conservation assessment is a necessary part of feasibility study on nuclear power projects,but there are many problems and controversy during the compilation and review of assessment reports for the lack of specific standards of nuclear power projects.Carried out studies on energy conservation assessment parameters including uranium consumption level,power consumption rate,water consumption level,and analyzed the reasonable and feasible calculation and evaluation methods,as a reference for follow-up energy conservation assessment in nuclear power projects.
