摘要
目的:从中医药角度研究和重新认识维吾尔药茶。方法:从中医药组方的角度,利用文献与统计学结合的方法,对维吾尔族药茶的组成进行整理归纳,与中医药进行对比,对性味归经、配伍特点、功效及发展现状进行分析。结果:整理出关于药茶组方的文献12篇,涉及核心药物丁香、胡椒、肉桂及其他药物26种,姜科、伞形科、胡椒科、樟科的果实种子类居多,16种属药食同源;药性以温热为主,药味以辛、甘及苦味为主,归经以脾、胃、肾为主,功效分类以温里类和补虚类的芳香药为主,同时整理出5个常用药对。结论:对维吾尔药茶配伍特点、功效及发展现状等有了更新的认识和解读,为进一步开发维吾尔药茶提供了依据。
Objective:To study and re-understand Uygur medicine tea from the view of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:From the view of traditional Chinese medicine prescription,the composition of Uygur medicine tea was sorted out and summarized by using the method of combining literature with statistics,and compared with traditional Chinese medicine,channel tropism and flavor,compatibility characteristics,efficacy and development status were analyzed.Results:12articles on the composition of medicinal tea were sorted out,26kinds of core herbs,including Dingxiang(Caryophylli Flos),Hujiao(Piperis Fructus),Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex)and other herbs,most of them were seeds and fruits of zingiberaceae,umbelliferae,piperaceae and lauraceae,and 16kinds of Chinese herbs were resources both of medicine and food,the mainly medicinal properties of warm nature,spicy,sweet and bitter flavor,and the channel tropism mainly distributed to spleen,stomach and kidney,and the classification of efficacy was mainly based on aromatic Chinese herbs such as dispelling internal cold and tonic deficiency,and 5common traditional Chinese medicine pairs were sorted out at the same time.Conclusion:The compatibility characteristics,efficacy and development status of Uygur medicinal tea are newly understood and interpreted,which provides the basis for further development of Uygur medicinal tea.
