摘要
为了探究不同钢渣骨料掺量下沥青混合料的路用性能,对AC-13C型钢渣沥青混合料在钢渣掺量分别为0%、30%、50%、70%和90%时采用传统马歇尔击实试验,按照体积法原理进行配合比设计,分析研究了不同钢渣掺量下沥青混合料的路用性能。结果表明:钢渣骨料表现为碱性,与沥青胶结料黏附性较好,随着钢渣掺量的增加,钢渣沥青混合料高温性能以及抗水损坏性能均表现出先增大后减小趋势,低温性能以及体积安定性逐渐降低,钢渣掺量在50%时沥青混合料路用性能相对最佳。
In order to study the pavement performance of asphalt mixtures under the doping of different steel slag aggregates,the traditional Marshall compaction test was adopted for AC-13 C steel slag asphalt mixture when the steel slag content was 0%,30%,50%,70%,and 90%,respectively,and the mix ratio was designed according to the volumetric principle. The road performance of asphalt mixtures with different amounts of steel slag was analyzed. The results show that the steel slag aggregate is alkaline and has good adhesion to the asphalt cement. As the amount of steel slag increases,the high temperature performance and water damage resistance of the steel slag asphalt mixture show an increase and then a decrease. The low temperature performance and volume stability decrease gradually. When the amount of steel slag is 50%,the road performance of asphalt mixture is relatively best.
