摘要 从加固理论和加固机理两方面对钢渣桩复合地基技术的研究进展进行了综述。在加固理论方面,钢渣桩复合地基的承载力和沉降特性、桩体材料的宏观力学变化规律和数值分析等已经取得了一些成果,但在设计计算时仍缺乏统一的规范。在加固机理方面,虽然目前已获得了较为完善的理论体系,但其主要集中于对钢渣的安定性、胶凝活性,以及桩体材料的微观结构试验研究。因此,基于钢渣的体积安定性和胶凝活性的双重考虑,有必要进一步研究和开发更为高效的钢渣预处理方法,拓展其微观结构研究方向。在文献归纳与分析的基础上,笔者对钢渣桩复合地基的设计计算公式、数值建模本构模型的二次开发、钢渣的安定性和胶凝活性研究,以及微观结构试验研究方向等研究现状进行了总结,并明确了值得深入研究的方向。 This paper reviewed the research progress of steel slag pile composite foundation technology from such two aspects as reinforcement theory and reinforcement mechanism.In the aspect of reinforcement theory,researchers have made some achievements in the bearing capacity and settlement characteristics of steel slag pile composite foundation,the macro mechanical change law of pile material and numerical analysis,but there is no unified code to follow in the design and calculation.The perfect theoretical system has been obtained in the reinforcement mechanism of steel slag pile composite foundation,but it is mainly focused on the experimental study of the stability of steel slag,the cementitious activity and the microstructure of pile material.Taking the volume stability and gelling activity of steel slag into consideration,a more efficient pretreatment method of steel slag needs further research and development,and the research direction of microstructure experiment needs further development.Through the literature analysis,this paper puts forward the direction of further research in the design and calculation formula of the steel slag pile composite foundation,the secondary development of the numerical modeling constitutive model,the research on the stability and cementitious activity of the steel slag,and the experimental research direction of the microstructure.
