摘要
目的通过对英文期刊发表的中国医药卫生体制改革文章进行分析,了解英文期刊发表的中国医药卫生体制改革相关文献的研究趋势。方法文章以Scopus数据库为文献来源,对英文期刊发表的中国医药卫生体制改革2009-2018年间的文献通过可视化软件Cite Space从年代分布、关键词、研究热点、研究前沿等方面进行统计分析。结果共检出186篇中国医药卫生体制改革相关文献,文献数量近10年呈上升趋势,研究热点有医患关系、公立医院、社区卫生服务和医疗保险,目前的研究还比较分散,尚未形成核心作者群。结论中国医药卫生体制改革研究总体呈现良好的发展趋势,研究多集中在医疗和医保改革领域,英文期刊发表的中国医药卫生体制改革文献为国内学者研究我国医疗体制改革提供了新视角。
Objective To explore the research trends of the relevant literatures on the reform of China’s medical and health system published in English journals through the analysis of these papers.Methods Scopus database was selected as the source of the literatures.The papers published in English journals during the period of 2009-2018 on the reform of China’s medical and health system were analyzed statistically,with the visualization software CiteSpace,from the aspects of annual distribution,keywords,research hotspots,and research frontiers.distribution,keywords,research hotspots and research frontiers.Results A total of 186 literatures were retrieved.The number of literatures was on the rise in the past decade.The research hotspots included doctor-patient relationship,public hospitals,community health services and medical insurance.The current researches were still relatively disperse and had not yet formed a core author group.Conclusions The researches on China’s medical and health system reform have shown a good development trend,which mostly focus on the field of medical care and medical insurance reform.Such literatures published in English journals provide a new perspective for domestic scholars to study the reform of China’s medical and health system.
