摘要
通过对高水充填材料的力学特性及沿空留巷矿压显现规律的研究与分析,并针对车集煤矿煤与瓦斯突出矿井大埋深特殊条件,选择高水材料巷旁充填工艺进行沿空留巷。从沿空留巷围岩稳定性控制入手,构建"充填体+锚杆、锚索"复合支护系统。在实践应用过程中,通过对巷道、充填体等矿压显现情况进行观测、分析,优化了沿空留巷支护参数与工艺,确保了突出矿井大埋深条件下沿空留巷成功,提高了采区煤炭资源采出率,保证了矿井采掘抽接替,为类似条件下沿空留巷提供了理论与实践参考。
Based on the research and analysis of the mechanical characteristics of high water filling material and the law of the mine pressure appearance along the gob,and in view of the special conditions of the large buried depth of the coal and gas outburst mine in Juji Coal Mine,the high water filling technology beside the roadway is selected to retain the roadway along the gob.Starting from the stability control of the surrounding rock in the gob-side entry retaining,the composite support system of "filling body + anchor bolt and anchor cable" was constructed.In the process of practical application,through the observation and analysis of the appearance of mine pressure such as roadway and filling body,the supporting parameters and technology of gob-side entry retaining were optimized,which ensures the success of retaining roadway along goaf under the condition of large buried depth of outburst mine,improves the extraction rate of coal resources in mining area,ensures the replacement of mining and extraction,and provides theoretical and practical reference for retaining roadway along goaf under similar conditions.
