摘要
通过重量法与能量色散X射线荧光光谱法测定铜精矿中硫含量的比较表明,EDX法与重量法测试结果接近,与标准样品测试比对可得,EDX法准确度高,能满足铜精矿中硫含量测定的需要。
The comparison between gravimetric method and energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of sulfur content in copper concentrate shows that the results of EDX method and gravimetric method are close.Compared with the test of standard samples,the EDX method has high accuracy and can meet the needs of the determination of sulfur content in copper concentrates.
