摘要
文章主要总结了国内某新建铜冶炼厂电解系统开车与试生产过程中的关键控制要素,结合实践提出相应的合理方法进行工艺控制,包括通电前的各项准备工作,开车电流密度的设定,初次通电组数的选择,通电初期添加剂的快速调整,扩液扩槽过程,及如何维系电解系统试生产期间的稳定性等。该厂电解系统于5月下旬开启通电生产,当年电解铜优质品率98.5%以上,系统稳定性较好。
This paper mainly summarizes the key control elements in the power on and trial production of the electrolytic system of a newly built copper smelter in China,and puts forward corresponding reasonable methods for process control in combination with practice,including various preparations before power on,setting of start-up current density,selection of initial power on groups,rapid adjustment of additives at the initial stage of power on,expansion and expansion process,and how to Maintain the stability of electrolysis system during trial production.The electrolytic system of the plant started to be electrified in late May.In that year,the high-quality product rate of electrolytic copper was over 98.5%,and the system stability was good.
