摘要
从舒伯的生涯发展理论角度分析思政工作和就业教育在高校实际工作中的相关性,发现在高校就业工作中,将思政教育作为推动大学生就业的重要手段,对提高大学生就业率具有至关重要的意义。同时,将就业指导作为思政教育的载体,二者相互融合,能够进一步提升高校思政教育的实效性。
The correlation between ideological and political education and employment education in colleges and universities is analyzed from the perspective of Schuber’s career development theory.It is found that the ideological and political education,as an important means to promote the employment of college students,is of great significance to improve the employment rate.At the same time,taking employment guidance as the carrier of ideological and political education,the integration of the two can further improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
