摘要
本文对就业导向下思政教育功能进行了分析,从完善就业思政教育指导体制,实现思政教育与就业实践教育的结合,加强学生正确的价值观与职业观的引导教育,创新整合就业辅导思政教育团队资源几方面分析了就业导向下思政教育模式创新策略。对于实现思政教育的创新发展,实现学生就业素养和思政素养的全面提升具有积极的促进作用。
This paper analyzes the function of ideological and po-litical education under the guidance of employment, and analyzesthe strategies of mode innovation for ideological and political ed-ucation oriented by employment, including improving the guid-ance system of employment-oriented ideological and political e-ducation, realizing the combination of ideological and political e-ducation and employment practice education, strengthening theguidance and education of students＇ correct outlooks on valuesand employment, and innovating and integrating the team re-sources of employment-assisted ideological and political educa-tion. The strategies havea positive promotion effect for realizingthe innovation and development of ideological and political edu-cation, realizing the comprehensive improvement of students＇employment ability and ideological and political quality.
