摘要
目的:探究影响老年人护理服务需求的相关因素.方法:以在医院治疗的300例慢性疾病老人为研究对象,调查其护理服务需求情况并对相关影响因素进行分析.结果:老年人护理服务需求以血糖监测、血压监测、健康指导和用药指导为主,需求率均在50%以上;经logistics回归分析发现,年龄、月收入、ADL、文化程度、患病种数都是影响老年人护理服务需求的重要因素(P<0.05).结论:年龄、收入、文化程度、患病种数越高、越多以及日常生活能力越差的老年人具有更多的护理服务需求,对于上述类型老年人应进行重点关注.
Objective:To explore the relevant factors that affect the demand for care services for the elderly.Methods:A total of 300 elderly patients with chronic diseases who were treated in hospital were enrolled in this study.The needs of nursing services were investigated and relevant influencing factors were analyzed.Results:The demand for nursing services for the elderly was mainly based on blood glucose monitoring,blood pressure monitoring,health guidance and medication guidance.The demand rate was above 50%.According to logistic regression analysis,age,monthly income,ADL,education level and number of diseases were found.They are all important factors affecting the needs of elderly care services(P<0.05).Conclusion:Those with more advanced age,higher income and education level,more kinds of diseases,and poorer living ability,tedemand on nursing services,and focus should be put on the above mentioned types of elderly people.
