摘要
由于目前高校学风建设与创新创业教育各自存在的问题,且相关部门缺乏有效协作和良好互动,导致人才培养的资源未实现共享,成果未达到预期。文章梳理了学风建设与创新创业教育的辩证关系,从目标、过程、作用及结果四个方面对两者的双向融合进行可行性分析,并对双向融合路径进行了探究。学风建设与创新创业教育工作不能各行其道,应通过学风建设推进创新创业教育,创新创业教育引领学风建设,对于培养新时代高素质人才具有十分重要的现实意义。
Due to the existing issues in the construction of learning atmosphere and innovation and entrepreneurship in education in universities,and the lack of effective cooperation and good interaction between relevant departments,the resources for talent cultivation have not been shared and the results have not reached the expectations.This paper sorts out the dialectical relationship between the construction of learning atmosphere and innovation and entrepreneurship in education,analyzes the feasibility of the bi-directional integration from four aspects,including the goal,process,function and result,and probes into the bi-directional integration method.The construction of learning atmosphere and innovation and entrepreneurship in education should not go their separate ways but support each other.It is of great practical significance to cultivate high-quality talents in the new era.
