摘要
目的:探讨特利加压素联合白蛋白治疗肝肾综合征患者的临床疗效。方法:选取肝肾综合征患者46例,将符合纳入标准的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上联合人血白蛋白治疗,治疗组患者则在对照组治疗的基础上联合特利加压素治疗。治疗2周后比较2组患者的腹围、尿量、血肌酐、尿素氮及临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗组患者总有效率为78.3%,对照组患者为41.6%,2组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的腹围、尿量、血肌酐、尿素氮及临床症状改善明显,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义;对照组患者的尿量较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义,但血肌酐、尿素氮、腹围改善不明显,差异无统计学意义。结论:特利加压素联合白蛋白治疗肝肾综合征效果较好,能明显改善患者的腹围、尿量、血肌酐及尿素氮水平。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of terlipressin combined with albumin in the treatment of hepatorenal syndrome.Methods:46 patients with hepatorenal syndrome who visited the infection department of Changjiang shipping general hospital from 2013 to 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number.The control group was treated with human serum albumin on the basis of conventional treatment,while the treatment group was treated with human serum albumin and terlipressin on the basis of conventional treatment.After 2 weeks of treatment,the abdominal circumference,urine volume,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared.Results:At the end of 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the patients in the treatment group was 78.3%,and that in the control group was 41.6%.The difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the clinical efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.The abdominal circumference,urine volume,blood creatinine,urea nitrogen and clinical symptoms of the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the urine volume of the control group was significantly improved compared with those before treatment,with statistical significance,but the improvement of blood creatinine,urea nitrogen and abdominal circumference was not obvious,and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Terlipressin combined with albumin has a good therapeutic effect on hepatorenal syndrome patients,which can significantly improve the abdominal circumference,urine volume,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels of patients.
