摘要
电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)是测定地矿高低含量稀土元素的一项重要手段,具有灵敏度高、范围宽和多元素同时检测等优势,逐渐广泛运用在地质稀土元素分析中。通过对采用酸溶法和碱熔法两种稀土土元素前处理方式,选出适当的内标元素和测定同位素,运用ICP-MS方法展开精准测定。
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)is an important method for the determination of high and low content of rare earth elements in geology and minerals.It has the advantages of high sensitivity,wide range,and simultaneous detection of multiple elements.In this paper,two methods of pretreatment of rare earth elements using acid-soluble method and alkaline-melting method are used to select appropriate internal standard elements and determine isotopes.The ICP-MS method is used to carry out accurate determination.
