摘要
通过氢氧化钠碱熔融测定土壤和沉积物样品,热水提取,提取液用1:1王水溶解至澄清,定容后用电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪测定,选择各元素的分析谱线分别为396.153nm(Al)、238.204nm(Fe)、251.611nm(Si)。采用基体匹配消除基体干扰,标准曲线法测定。当样品量称量为0.2500g,定容体积为500mL,该方法对于不同物质的检出限为0.09%(SiO2)、0.02%(Al2O3)、0.02%(Fe2O3)。按照实验给定的条件分别测定了土壤标样(GBW07427、GBW07430)、水系沉积物标样(GBW07358和GBW07302a)、海洋沉积物标样(GBW07314和GBW07333),测定结果在偏差允许范围内。本方法具有熔样温度低、时间短、成本低以及可进行多元素同时分析等特点。
In this work,soil and sediment samples were fused by sodium hydroxide alkali fusion and extracted by hot water.The extraction solution was dissolved with 1:1 aqua regia until clarification,and the determination was made by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)after settling the volume.The spectral lines selected for the analysis of each element were 396.153 nm(Al),238.204 nm(Fe),and 251.611 nm(Si),respectively.The method uses matrix matching to eliminate matrix interference and the standard curve method for determination.The determination limits of this method for different substances were 0.09%(SiO2),0.02%(Al2O3),and 0.02%(Fe2O3)when the sample was weighed at 0.2500g and the volume was fixed at 500mL.Soil standard samples(GBW07427、GBW07430),aqueous sediment standard samples(GBW07358、GBW07302a),and marine sediment standard samples(GBW07314、GBW07333)were measured according to the conditions given in the experiment,and the results were well within the allowed deviation range.This method is characterized by low melting temperature,short time,low cost,and the possibility of simultaneous analysis of multiple elements.
