摘要
根据主动脉夹层的流行病学、高危因素及指南要求,对主动脉夹层出院病人服药依从性、血压监测、运动等生活质量方面的随访进行综述,建议建立规范化的主动脉夹层数据中心和主动脉夹层病人随访个人档案,并设立专门的延续性护理人员。
According to the epidemiology,high-risk factors and guideline requirements of aortic dissection,this paper reviewed the follow-up information of patients with aortic dissection,such as medication adherence,blood pressure monitoring,exercise and so on.It was suggested to establish a standardized data center for aortic dissection and personal records of patients with aortic dissection,and to set up special continuous nursing staff.
