摘要
目的:分析基于目标达成理论的护理在急性阑尾炎患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年8月于仁怀市中医院行腹腔镜阑尾切除术的急性阑尾炎患者98例作为研究对象,通过抛硬币的方式将患者分成对照组(48例)与观察组(50例)。对照组实施基本护理,观察组实施基于目标达成理的护理。比较两组心理状态、睡眠质量、康复进程。结果:护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。术前、术后72 h,两组睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后24、48、72 h,两组睡眠质量评分逐渐降低,且观察组术后24、48 h低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组胃肠道功能恢复时间、首次下床活动时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于目标达成理论的护理在急性阑尾炎患者围术期护理中的应用效果显著,可缓解患者负面情绪,改善其睡眠质量,缩短康复进程。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of nursing based on goal achievement theory in perioperative nursing of pa⁃tients with acute appendicitis.Methods:A total of 98 patients with acute appendicitis who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy in Renhuai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group(48 cases)and observation group(50 cases)by flipping a coin.The control group received basic nursing,while the observation group received nursing based on goal achievement theory.The mental state,sleep quality and rehabilitation process of the two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in sleep quality scores between the two groups before surgery and at 72 h after surgery(P>0.05).At 24 h,48 h and 72 h after surgery,the sleep quality scores in the two groups gradually decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 24 h and 48 h after surgery(P<0.05).The time of gastrointestinal function recovery and the time of first ambulation in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application ef⁃fect of nursing based on goal achievement theory in perioperative nursing of patients with acute appendicitis is significant,which can relieve negative emotion of patients,improve their sleep quality,and shorten thee rehabilitation process.
