摘要
目的:为了探讨补充牡蛎肽(Oyster peptide,OP)和运动训练对小鼠运动能力的影响及其可能机制。方法:80只雄性ICR小鼠随机分为对照组(NC)、有氧运动组(AE)和牡蛎肽低(LOP)、中(MOP)、高剂量(HOP)组及运动+牡蛎肽低(AELOP)、中(AEMOP)、高剂量(AEHOP)组,6周后检测力竭游泳时间、力竭运动后30min肌糖原、肝糖原、血清尿素氮(Blood urea nitrogen,BUN)含量和乳酸脱氢酶(Lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)、肌酸激酶(Creatine kinase,CK)活性。结果:补充OP和运动训练对小鼠力竭游泳时间的延长、力竭运动后肌糖原、肝糖原、血清BUN含量的升高和血清LDH、CK活性的降低均无显著性交互效应(P>0.05)。补充OP或运动训练对延长小鼠力竭游泳时间具有非常显著的效应(P<0.01),MOP、HOP组力竭游泳时间长于NC组(P<0.01),AEMOP组力竭游泳时间长于AE组(P<0.05)。补充OP对力竭运动后肌糖原和血清BUN含量升高以及运动训练对力竭运动后血清BUN含量升高均具有显著效应(P<0.01),且HOP组血清BUN含量高于NC组(P<0.01),AELOP、AEMOP组肝糖原含量高于AE组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。补充OP对力竭运动后血清LDH、CK活性降低具有显著效应(P<0.01),MOP、HOP组血清LDH活性低于NC组(P<0.05),LOP、HOP组血清CK活性低于NC组(P<0.01)。结论:补充牡蛎肽和有氧运动训练均能有效地提高小鼠的运动耐力,且补充牡蛎肽联合运动训练比单纯运动训练的效果要好,以中等剂量的OP为好。牡蛎肽的补充可提高力竭运动时蛋白质分解供能能力,相对节省力竭运动时肝糖原和肌糖原的使用,减轻力竭运动时骨骼肌损伤的程度,以低和中等剂量的OP效果为好。
Objective:To explore the effects of supplementation of oyster peptide(OP) and exercise training on exercise performance in mice and its possible mechanisms.Methods:80 male ICR mice were randomly divided into normal control group(NC),aerobic exercise group(AE),oyster peptide supplied with the dose of low(LOP),medium(MOP),high(HOP) group and exercise+oyster Peptide supplied with the dose of low(AELOP),medium(AEMOP),high(AEHOP) group,after six weeks testing exhaustion swimming time,muscle glycogen,hepatic glycogen,and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK) activities after exhaustion exercise 30 min.Results:Supplementation of OP and exercise training had no significant interaction effect on extending exhausted swimming time,increasing muscle glycogen,liver glycogen and serum BUN content and decreasing of serum LDH and CK activity in mice after exhaustive exercise(P>0.05).Supplementation of OP or exercise training had a very significant effect on extending exhausted swimming time in mice(P<0.01).The exhausted swimming time in the MOP and HOP group was longer than the NC group(P<0.01).The exhausted swimming time in the AEMOP group was longer than the AE group(P<0.05).Supplementation of OP increased the content of muscle glycogen and serum BUN after exhaustive exercise,and exercise training increased serum BUN levels after exhaustive exercise both had significant effects(P<0.01),and the content of serum BUN in HOP group was higher than NC group(P<0.01),the content of liver glycogen in AELOP and AEMOP group was higherthan AE group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Supplementation of OP significantly reduced serum LDH and CK activities after exhaustive exercise(P<0.01),and the serum LDH activity of MOP and HOP group was lower than NC group(P<0.05),the serum CK activity of LOP and HOP group was lower than NC group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Supplementation of oyster peptide and aerobic exercise training can effectively improve the exercise endurance of mice,and the supplemental oyster peptide combined exercise t
