摘要
针对星载环形天线结构复杂、设计仿真难度大的特点,对其发射阶段收拢状态和工作阶段展开状态的柔性索网系统的柔性体约束特性进行定性分析,得出星载环形天线仿真设计难点在于:大规模松弛柔性体约束的建模仿真;大规模张紧松弛并存柔性体约束的状态准确测量、建模仿真及重力影响评价和消除。提出了大规模松弛柔性体规避钩挂缠绕的设计原则,并总结了针对星载环形天线的柔性体建模仿真需要进一步开展的研究工作,以期更好地推动星载环形天线的研究,为后续工程研制和学术研究提供方向性依据。
Aiming at the characteristics of the complicated structure and the great difficulty of simulation in the space-borne perimeter truss antenna designing, the flexible body constraint characteristics of the cable-net system in the stowed state during launch phase and the deployed state during working phase are analyzed. The difficulty of design simulation of the space-borne perimeter truss antenna lies in the simulation of a large number slack flexible body,accurate state measurement of tensional flexible body,evaluation and elimination of the influence of gravity effects,and simulation of a large number of tensional flexible body constraint with the coexistence of slack.The measures to avoid hooking and entanglement of a large number of slack flexible body are proposed. Moreover, some scientific problems need to be further studied and developed in modeling simulation of flexible body of space-borne perimeter truss antenna are presented. The suggestions are proposed for better achievement in space-borne perimeter truss antenna and provide a directional basis for the subsequent development and academic research.
