摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在脊柱侧弯手术患儿围术期护理中的应用。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的脊柱侧弯手术患儿70例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组与观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施临床护理路径。比较两组术后并发症发生情况和康复状况。结果观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后Cobb角、术后疼痛及术后住院时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在脊柱侧弯手术患儿围术期护理中的应用,可减少并发症的发生率,减轻术后疼痛,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing of children patients with scoliosis surgery.Methods To select 70 cases of children with scoliosis surgery who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 as the study object.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was clinical nursing pathway based on the control group.The postoperative complications and recovery status of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative Cobb angle,postoperative pain,and postoperative the length of hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing of children patients with scoliosis surgery could reduce the incidence rate of complications,reduce postoperative pain,and shorten the length of hospital stay.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
