摘要
分析了目前老旧船舶主机测速技术精度不高和不便于信号传输的特点,针对这些由于技术更迭遗留的缺点,设计了基于AT89S52单片机磁脉冲测速平台,并对主机测速系统的硬件部分和软件部分进行了分析和模拟仿真。通过PROTEUS仿真软件,初步验证了测速系统的可靠性和可行性,使该测速系统能高效对船舶主机转速进行监测和实时显示。
This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current old ship main engine speed measurement technology,such as low accuracy and inconvenient signal transmission.In view of these shortcomings due to technological changes,a magnetic pulse speed measurement platform based on the AT89S52 single chip microcomputer is designed.The hardware and software of the main engine speed measuring system are analyzed and simulated.Through the PROTEUS simulation software,the reliability and feasibility of the speed measurement system are preliminarily verified,so that the speed measurement system can monitor and display the ship's main engine speed effectively in real time.
