基于LabVIEW疲劳试验机模糊PID控制系统研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对疲劳试验机传统PID控制算法容易超调的问题,设计了模糊PID控制算法的交流伺服疲劳试验机控制系统。该系统由交流伺服电缸提供动力,以引伸计测得的位移量作为控制系统的反馈,经模糊PID控制算法将计算出的相对位移量传送至运动控制卡,实时调整伺服电缸的输出位移量,达到闭环控制的目的。试验表明,在疲劳试验机中,采用模糊PID算法的控制系统相比传统PID能够有效降低系统的超调量,且动态响应速度提升了16%,控制精度也相应有所提升。 Since the traditional PID control algorithm for the fatigue testing machine is easy to overshoot,the control system for AC servo fatigue testing machine with fuzzy PID control algorithm was designed.The system was powered by AC servo cylinder,and taken the displacement metered by extensometer as the feedback of the control system.The relative displacement calculated by fuzzy PID control algorithm was transmitted to the motion control card so as to realtime control the output displacement of the servo cylinder and achieve the goal of closed-loop control.Test results showed:in the fatigue testing machine,the control system with fuzzy PID algorithm effectively reduced the overshoot compared with the one with traditional PID algorithm,the dynamic response speed enhanced by 16%,and the control precision improved also.
