以急性胰腺炎起病的甲状旁腺腺瘤一例

Acute pancreatitis as an initial manifestation of parathyroid adenoma

摘要 1例以纳差、腹痛为主要表现的青春期女性患儿,初诊为急性胰腺炎,经过液体复苏、镇痛、胰酶抑制剂、静脉营养和肠内营养以及抗炎等治疗后,患儿胰腺炎好转,但血钙逐渐升高、血磷降低,超声发现甲状旁腺占位,术后病理确诊甲状旁腺腺瘤。切除病变的甲状旁腺后,患儿出现血钙正常性高甲状旁腺激素血症,给予维生素D和钙剂治疗后10个月患儿甲状旁腺激素恢复正常。
